1947 Sanmei Electric Seisakusyo Co., Ltd. was established.Tokuyoshi Kondo appointed president.

1952 “Time Switch” “Solenoid” “Control Console” introduced .

1962 Obu Plant was established.

1964 Corporate form and name was changed to Sanmei Electric Co., Ltd.

1980 Yusuke Kondo appointed president.

1985 Australia Branch was established in Adelaide

2000 All the business offices of Sanmei Electric Co., Ltd. acquired ISO9001.

2002 All the business offices of Sanmei Electric Co., Ltd. acquired ISO14001.

2005 Australia Branch was closed.

2009 Only the certification of ISO14001 continued under the intent that integrates operation about ISO9001 and ISO14001.

2013 Kosuke Kondo appointed president.
